I began leading groups and individuals in meditation in the 1970âs. It is always an honor and
a pleasure to guide people into their creative minds, into a state of inner peace, of deep rhythmic breathing, and of letting go.
I see deep peace on the faces of busy, over-extended people, after they participate in guided relaxation. Tension melts away and their bodies relax. A sense of calm well-being seems to radiate from them.
