A few years ago, Greg and WaâLisa officially united and formed a group called âTrue Imageâ. Prior to their unification, Greg (known as Gregory Smith), was with island records pop/rock recording band âmysteryâ. With the band he had the opportunity to tour and develop his entertaining skills in front of several diverse audiences! Greg has performed numerous recording sessions as a studio vocalist/musician for local publishing companies and media groups.

Wa'Lisa (known as Wallicia Smith), an alumni of Belmont University, is not only an angelically gifted vocalist but is also an accomplished pianist. During her years at Belmont, Wa'lisa had the opportunity to tour and perform several dates throughout Europe. Waâlisa has also performed numerous recording sessions as a studio vocalist/musician for local publishing companies and media groups.

Since their unification, Greg and WaâLisa have made appearances and performed on (Channel 4) The Nashville Gospel Show, the Bobby Jones Gospel Explosion with Yolanda Adams, The Ryman Auditorium with recording artist Ron Kenoly, at numerous churches (locally and out of state), youth groups, Retreats, Youth camps, coffee houses (Jaminâ Java, Café Milano, Bongo Java, 23 Psalms Coffee House), Venues (Mars Music, The Rock, 180 at Bethel World Outreach, Mere Bulls), and colleges (Treveca, Belmont, TSU). Through the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), they were able to share their music and perform concerts for students in the Nashville Public Schools.

With years of experience in the Nashville recording scene, Greg and WaâLisa decided to form G & W Media Productions 19 years ago. As producers, they record custom music projects in their own recording facility. They write, arrange, do back ground vocals and play all of the instruments for their clients. They not only record a variety of musical styles and genres, but also audio books, spoken word, radio spots, jingles, children and educational projects.

As songwriters, Greg and WaâLisa have written well over 100 songs that are self published thru their publishing/production company, Choice of Vision Publishing. They are writer affiliates with BMI.

As Praise and Worship Leaders, Greg and WaâLisa have over 15 years of experience.
WaâLisa is currently the Music Minister at Faith is the Victory Church in Nashville, Tennessee. She has served in this position since 2006. WaâLisa and Greg have had the opportunity to lead Praise and worship for Jessie Duplantis Meetings, as well as weekly Sunday Services at Faith is the Victory Church.
