The force behind Jersey Boy is Steve Williams who grew up in Jersey City and played with many great musicians including Clem Burke and Frank Infante from Blondie.Also playing on the album are Barry Richman and Dave Levine two of the finest guitarists around who live near Steve in Georgia.The primary lead guitar is Steve's son Darren.The D-Man can really play.Rounding out the band are Chris Comblo on drums and three of the old band mates from Jersey, Claude Borrelli,Tommy Ryan and Mike Scalese.

The songs all tell a story from broken hearts,love and heroism.The title song American Son is dedicated to the memory of Pat Tillman who died in service to his country.

The CD contains one cover song "This Diamond Ring" dedicated to my freind David Walker the original lead guitarist for Gary Lewis and the Playboys.

Steve played in several well known bands including Apaloosa and Asphalt Prairie.The first Jersey Boy CD "Workin'Man's Dream" has revieved air play throughout Europe.
