This CD is unique because it is educational, entertaining, thought provoking and uplifting. It is a compilation of studies, researches, lectures, and philosophy expressed in poetic rhyme form. Such topics include the social, spiritual, economic, political, and religious aspects of life. This spoken word artist is very articulate, detailed in his expressions, humorous at times, and very knowledgeable on subjects as they relate to change, progress and the comprehension of liberation. He is very wise beyond his years. Such may be the result of his extended stay of incarceration in the Department of Corrections. He spent nearly 14 years in various facilities, which became like unto a university of higher learning to him. He actually went to college during his stay but after his third year colleges were no longer allowed to come in. However, he continued his personal studies in sociology, psychology, and history to name a few.

He eventually became a notable speaker in prison communicating to people of various ethnicities and backgrounds. He created programs for the Senior citizen inmates; alternative lifestyle programs for gang members; and facilitated "at risk" youth and adults who were stipulated by courts to visit the prison as a deterrent. He completed many programs and became a substance abuse facilitator. He also worked off the record in grievance preparation for inmates whose civil rights, human rights and prisoner rights were blatantly violated. It is also here that he became more in tune with physical fitness, weight training, and dietary precautions. After being released he continues to operate in these very arenas and has plans to further his purpose. He has started a Non-for-Profit organization that is designed to help people effectively cope with tragic and difficult experiences so as to motivate them to overcome those experiences and re-attain a genuine enjoyment of life as productive members of society. He continues to demonstrate his poetic talents in various spoken word cafés, talent shows, bookstores etc. He is working on his second spoken word CD, which is untitled to date but proves to be just as educational and entertaining as his first. He has appeared on radio broadcasts to promote his works and used those opportunities to make public apologies to the African-American community for upholding the negative stereotypes of young Black males as a teenager. He is currently working on his prison prevention campaign through his Non-for-Profit organization and encourages people to get involved by donating money to aid in this cause.
