J2Kid provides fun, inspirational, encouraging and wholesome music and associated interactive activities for children that edutain: entertain and educate.

J2Kid songs are written in popular musical styles and are sometimes based on real life stories of the experiences in a child's life and children's issues that really touch the heart. The melodies are catchy and easy to sing. Some of the songs are performed by the composer but the majority are sung by children. This makes it easier for other children to sing along.

Our website J2Kid.com offers enjoyable and challenging interactive self esteem building opportunities that inspire and encourage children to be creative.
â¢Children learn the songs and act them out in their own J2Kid shows.
â¢Children may take quizzes for many J2Kid songs and earn a J2Kid certificate of completion.

The boys and girls who sing these songs all live in Scotland. They are 10 to 12 years old when they record the tracks. The first time a group of singers went into the recording studio was a very exciting experience for all of them. All the children are very proud of their results and we hope you enjoy listening to their fantastic voices.

Jan and Randall Prichard, a husband and wife team, are the founders of J2Kid. Jan was born in Cheshire, England and Randall was born in Santa Rosa, California. Randall is the songwriter, producer and arranger of the J2Kid songs. He plays piano and French horn and is a former member of the United States Marine Corps Band. Jan is the creative consultant, quiz writer and business manager of J2Kid. They both teach in Edinburgh, Scotland. Jan is a primary school teacher and Randall is a visiting music specialist in primary schools.
