The CD â Overtimeâ is a compilation of original songs written by guitarist Jim Stewart and bassist Phil Ravita in swing, funk and Latin styles. The songs were recorded without the use of over-dubbing and were recorded in a live-type setting in the studio. We try to capture the feel from instrument to tape, to preserve the continuity of the recording. We hope that the listener will enjoy the sense of spontaneity from this set of recordings.
