(ID 1409949)
Lot's of Gospel in a Folk Music setting from a Nashville based Singer/Songwriter with more to say than just "I Love You."

10 MP3 Songs
FOLK: Gentle, GOSPEL: Contemporary Gospel

Details:
Steve's third CD, "Grace" is loaded with a lot of Gospel and a little bit of secular music. It features the title cut, which was previously recorded by Nashville Fats on his "Jericho" CD. The front cover shows an arrangement of pictures of Steve's mom Gloria, taken by Susan Pearl, and is reflected by the ninth cut called, "The Sky Was Crying." The song was written on the day of his mom's funeral in 2003.

The last song on the CD, "God's Tribute," was co-written with Steve's father. It uses words written by Wes Rupe, Sr. in 1931, and music of Steve's written in the year 2000.

Four of the songs display the guitar wizardry of South Dakota's Daniel Putnam Green. Bass and percussion are provided by NJ native, and current Nashville resident Wade Curtis.

On the back cover is a picture of Steve in his Pony League baseball uniform, when he was ten years old. This proves that at one time he was "huggable and kissable." And although the Cincinnati Reds passed on the Tarkio College right fielder, their loss is Music City's gain....though he's still looking for that first big hit.

Enjoy the music and the message.
