REESE has been performing in clubs, stores and college campuses throughout the US. He's opened for well know artists including Lauryn Hill and has filled in for larger artists including Ben Folds. REESE has been featured on CBS The Early Show as "the next big thing in the music business, .... who lights up the East Village". He's performed on multiple television and radio programs in the US and Canada.
REESE's first independent/self-titled release was in January 1997. REESE's second release, REESE Live (ES Volume 1) came out May 1999. It is a live CD from a performance at NYC's famous club, The Bitter End. His first retail release, Eclectic Soul arrived in stores and online in summer 2001 to great reviews and buzz. His song "Love To Spare" received loads of radio airplay and its video received a good amount of airplay on stations including Much Music and BET (very good for a rock song/performer).
Eclectic Soul and various songs from the set have been licensed to labels internationally, including the UK, Canada and Japan. Songs from Eclectic Soul have also have been futured in films and television programming, including CBS, ESPN and MTV.
REESE's forthcoming CD - New Fire will be released in winter 2006. It's the follow up to critically acclaimed CD, Eclectic Soul.
