Rejonâs interest in music began when he was 9 years old. He loved the sound of the trumpet and later accomplished other instruments and various types of music including Classical, Jazz, Blues and dance tunes.

His experience as Drum Major in high school and college played an important role in becoming a complete performing artist. Rejon performed in various groups influenced by Motown artist and writing songs, unaware the production of his own unique style and sound had already begun.

âSong Messengerâ has soulful mood settings and danceable music with an live edge sound. That is Rejonâs fusion of musical influences showcasing his love of trumpet ascents and flowing muted arrangements. This combined with his heart felt lyrics of feelings and love, thus the âSmooth School Soundâ!
