Details:
Radio Messiah is: Matt Berrios-guitar and lead vocals, Max Lockwood-bass and vocals, Blake Harrison-keyboards and vocals, Mark VanSlam-drumkit. The four-piece ensemble was born in the summer of '05 during Jimmy Dillon's Blue Star Music Camp in South Haven, MI. After meeting at the camp, the group began practicing in the basement of Lockwood's home, forging an original blend of rock, jazz, blues, and reggae. After recording a three-song demo, the band went on to win the Intersection's High School Battle of the Bands in fall '05, and competed in Aris' Hometown Rock Search that winter.
