Ras Emmanuel saved extra monies doing jobs as a construction worker, fisherman, digging sand, and pushing through the garbage dump to find salvage metal and plastics. He made enough money to travel to the U.S. for the purpouse of pursuing his career as a performer and entertainer.

Ras Emmanuel is very diligent and serious about his career, spending countless nights in the studio, performing on subway platforms, clubs, and in parks.His music ranges from roots, dancehall, hiphop and R&B which compliments his messege of life's lessons and spirituality.
