Recorded at Plowhandle Studios in Madison, MS, by Steve Deaton of Buffalo Nickel, COMING INTO FOCUS contains 7 original songs ranging from the Stones inspired âYouâll Never See Me Cryâ to the bare bones approach of âJesseâ a simple acoustic vehicle for Robert Kingâs voice. The songs originally written for live acoustic performance have been transformed to a great extent by the lead guitar work of Steve Deaton. The melodic lead work on âYour Loveâ is reminiscent of Carlos Santana & the smooth lead breaks on the very personal âLove & Trustâ transform this George Harrison influenced tune into a radio-ready single.
