Straight outta the burbs of Detroit, Bryan Coole aka Roast brings us a unique style of suburban hip hop. It brings you back to the golden age rap where all you wanted to do was sip a 40 oz. of Mickey's Malt finest and hit on some loose woman. This self-made emcee/producer got his start early in game. His musical roots were planted back in the early 90's appearing in rap groups The Nu MCz and The Lowlifes. Recently, Roast has been making noise around the scene with his partner in Rhyme Johnny Lawrence. They have combined forces to form Coolhouse Records. They consider themselves solo artists but appear on numerous tracks with each other. Roast is coming out with his first album in 3 years called "40 Dayz & 40 Oz's" in the Summer of '05. The album will feature guest appearances by Johnny Lawrence, Rat Finc, and Jack Grey. This aint no "up in the club" VIP ish, this is Suburban Hip Hop at its best. Make sure you cop yours!!
