Details:
Here's my 3rd record. I'm finally singing on this one. I'm writing these songs about God but I don't want it to sound at all like "CCM" stuff. I'm also still trying to figure out who my audience is cause I don't fit into the typical Christian artist mold. So far people have liked this music a lot regardless of their faith. One of the tunes is an instrumental and it's probably the beginning of a completely different "sacred saxophone" project. This thing is called a pre-release cause I thought I was on the brink of making a full length record of these originals however, it's likely that my next record will not be called After the Rain and this 'pre-release' product will have my legions of fans waiting breathlessly for a really long time for the follow up. Well see. It's likely that I will record some other concept record first.

BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I started playing alto sax in 7th grade. Later in high school I started teaching myself some other instruments, most notably piano and harmonica. A musical diet rich in jazz, blues, and country provided a potent source of aural development. Further training in woodwinds and jazz at DeAnza College in Cupertino proved both challenging and rewarding. Then some other stuff happened which I'll write about later when i have more time. I eventually wound up in Nashville and was a member of Donna Summer's tour band for about 7 years. I've got other names I could drop but, heck I'm not really trying to get anymore sideman gigs.
