Melodic Instrumental Rock Guitar
10 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Instrumental Rock
Details:
Rob Metzâs Legion of Dreams is all about the melody.
Blending sounds ancient and futuristic; a diabolical Blues-Rock romp even finds its proper place. Arranging work by Neil Zaza, adds to the masterful song-crafting. Doug Johnsâ fretless-bass wizardry and Bill Cioceâs consummate drumming take Legion to supernatural heights. Adam Mercerâs drumming brilliance and Rob Tittlâs piano intro arouses the senses.
Seize the Legion of Dreamsâ stimulating voyage into mystic melody.
Rob Metz:
I have attempted to tell the story of emotions and the attitudes that I experience in my life. I sincerely hope that you all enjoy the gift that I have prepared for you in this CD. I believe that you will percieve the stories that lie just below the surface of all of these songs. From the lonely last note on Warmouth to the frantic verse riff on Cruisin 5th ave to the lovely melody on Ivory dragonfly. All of these musical compositions reflect an emotion that I have experienced and wish to share with you. Enjoy
Bill Cioce:
A veteran of the Neil Zaza band, is one of the best drummers that I have ever heard, let alone work with.
Listen for Nightshade and Lost in the Machine for his devastating rock grooves and Ivory Dragonfly for a taste of the atmosphere that he can create on this ballad.
Adam Mercer:
did a tremendous job on Warmouth and Island unto Myself. Listen for the demanding chops that he displays on Warmouth and the gentle feel that he creates on Island unto Myself. You are sure to be immersed in a new world of sound.
Doug Johns:
Also a veteran player in the Neil Zaza band, finished up the sessions. All I can say is get ready for some MONSTER PLAYING. Doug brings an amazing feel to the songs that takes them to a whole new level.
He creates a laid back groove with his fretless bass wizardry on Island Unto Myself that really paints a sonic picture. Listen for his monstrous groovey lines on Uncle Ice, This song will give you chills.Cruisin 5th ave features his signature charismatic 8th note grooves and Silverwheel he rocks over the top. Lost in the Machine will be a song to remember as Doug mixes jazzy and rock lines to great effect.
Rob Tittl:
Played a masterful piano intro on Island unto myself. He is a very talented pianist, guitarist and musician in general.
CD Services: "it rocks and it really keeps your attention..."
Neil Zaza :I was rehearsing at Bill's house yesterday and we put your disc in. It is the first chance I had to hear it and it was great! Awesome job!!
Stephen Scoggins :WOW...Your music is amazing. Very talented guitarist and very well composed songs. Great work man. I can't wait to hear more songs. Rock on man!!!
Salina :Your guitar playing is incredible! The music reminds me a little of the band YES way back.
