Rodrick Windham is a talented songwriter, musician, worship leader, and youth pastor from Eustis, Florida. Having been raised in a musical family of seven children, music has always been a part of Rodrick's heritage and ministry. He began perfoming in front of audiences at the age of three, and by the age of 19, he had perfomed in 6,000 concerts with his family. Rodrick went into full time ministry in 1986, after graduating from New Life Bible College in Cleveland, Tennessee. He has minstered in Word and song in 23 different countries, from the Phillippines to the West Indies. Rodrick's itinerary ended in 1994, when he moved to Eustis, Florida, to become the youth and music minister of Family Bible Church, under Pastor Allen Speegle's leadership. He married his wife, Jill, in 1996, and they have ministered together in youth, children, and music ministries ever since. In February of 2004, Rodrick and Jill became the proud and thankful parents of Abigail, their first child.

Rodrick's heart's desire is to make the unconditional love of God known through his songs. He formed his publishing company, Abster Music, in 2004. Rodrick's main joy in life is worship, whether by playing his keyboard and leading the congregation into praise, or sitting and writing a new song to God from his heart.
