Robin started studying piano at age 7 and guitar at age 12. She studied guitar, piano, vocal technique, composition and theory with acclaimed teachers Chuck Anderson, James V. Amadie and Debora Maher. She is a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. When not performing in a jazz band "Unstuck In Time", Robin is teaching piano, guitar and music and movement classes. Robinâs teaching experience also includes preschool music, preschool gymnastics, and Kindergarten classes.
Robin began performing her original songs while in high school at local coffee houses and clubs. In college she met and married guitarist Rick DiIoia. Over the years they have performed together in area restaurants, cafes, private and corporate affairs.
Robinâs first recording of original songs for children âMusically Moving Adventuresâis a program of music and movement for parents or teachers and preschool children.
Robin is a BMI artist, a member of the American College of Musicians, the Bucks County Piano Guild, and is a certified Kindermusik and Music Together teacher.
