Released by indie startup BUMRUSH RECORDS in 2004, "DISASTER JUICE" sent a buzz through "Hub City", New Brunswick. Featuring party favorites "Tabula Rasa" and "Somethin's Goin' Wrong", the album posted strong sales on the strength of singer Jay Harris's (Badfish, x-Libations) earthy vocals. In August 2005, the SWEATPANT HOOKERS' debut peaked at No. 11 out of 100,000-plus artists on CDbaby, the world's largest independent music retailer.
The band has since become a staple on WRSU-FM 88.7 in New Brunswick, while playing countless shows at dive bars, college parties, and events throughout the tri-state area, including the K. of C.
