The debut effort from Northern New Jersey based songwriter Rick Krueger. With its heartfelt lyrics and simple production, "Looking Back at Moving On" dives into the world of loveloss and the yearning for a lost childhood.
10 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Americana, FOLK: Modern Folk
Details:
Songwriters are like snowflakes, each one different and special in their own way. Northern New Jersey based troubador Rick Krueger has started to make a name for himself on the NJ Folk/Songwriter circuit of late.
Having started out in a number of bands through high school and college (Shadestone, Redbone Road, Shaftway, The Rhythm Method to name a few), Rick took to jam bands and stereotypical "hippie" music from the time he was 15. Throughout college, Rick began to explore the deeper musical stylings of Bob Dylan, Steve Earle, Slaid Cleaves and Ryan Adams, etc. and has really fallen into his own style.
Having released his first record, "Looking Back at Moving On," in August 2005, Rick hopes to have his sophomore effort available in early to mid 2006.
