Mike - Drums

Mike has worked his way in the music world through a whole host of mediums. These include drum workshops and working with sound engineers in a professional setting. He has always liked the drums and is likened to an animal from the muppets. Yes that's right I didn't say animal. Mike has been inspired by many acts, but says "no-one can top Status Quo, I love them". Mike joined The Dolmen soon after they started and fitted in nicely with similar beliefs. Mike is a very keen performer and is often seen taking his shirt off. Hot work eh Mike? He later played percussion with The Elfin, but is best known as the drummer for The Dolmen. Mike has been known to travel to many parts of the country on a good train, just to watch other drummers perform and is always up for a good chat and lots of fun.







Chris - Guitar, Bouzouki,Fiddle and mandolin

Chris started off playing the electric guitar from a young age. He has been inspired to play since the age of thirteen, by listening to such greats as Cream, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin and The Kinks. This has given Chris a good idea of how both rhythm and lead guitars work together as well as being stand alone instruments. He has always loved 60s and 70s music, so by listening to some of the old Folk heroes has been inspired to pick up the Electric Mandolin and more recently the Bouzouki .






Ceri - Flute whistles & Vocals songwriter
Ceri is no stranger to the stage performing since childhood and following very much in her family traditions.Ceri has Performed as a solo performer and as lead vocalist and flute player with the progressive folk band The Elfin appearing at many festivals and venues all over Britain.As well as performing in The Dolmen Ceri is also composing a solo album that is to be finnished and released over this year.






Star Evans - Bass Guitar and songwriter
Star started out as a drummer perfoming as a session studio player before the tender age of 16 then moving on to perform in various bands covering a wide range of styles, Amongst varing talents Star plays Bouzouki, six string guitar and Bass.
Star has a love for folk music traditional and progressive plus pagan roots make her a valued asset to The Dolmen
