Dave-id Busaras, ex-member of Virgin Prunes and Prunes, has signed a contract to do an album for Hard Disc in Japan. Dave-id Busaras will be writing songs with Toshi Hiraoka.
The album was recorded at Bubble studio in Japan and the Work Studio in Dublin, Ireland.
Former VIRGIN PRUNE, Dave-id Busaras, and Toshi Hiraoka completed work on the new album âBushy Luxury (The Whole Story)â. Recorded at the Works Studio (Dublin) and Bubble Studio (Japan), the cover photo was taken by Peter Rowen (renown for U2âs âBoyâ). The project was mixed at Works Studio and also in the United States by GARY TANIN (Milwaukee), who works with BoDeans, Jerry Harrison (Talking Heads), T Lavitz (Dixie Dregs), Daryl Stuermer (Genesis/Phil Collins), Victor DeLorenzo (Violent Femmes), etc. Of the 18 tracks on the album, 2 are bonus tracks, including one track by former Virgin Prunes singer, GUGGI, called âCaisle na Mucâ. This is the first recording from Guggi in a long time. The album was released the summer of 2000 on HARD DISC International.
