Welcome to PIZZA SURPRIZE! This is the creation of the 2001-2002 Multi-Colored Ties, an a cappella group from Northport High School, Northport, NY. For 12 years, the Ties have been entertaining their loyal fans and with this CD that tradition continues.
PIZZA SURPRISE! was recorded between May and August of 2002 in what we affectionately called "The Clown Room." The songs on this CD were selected either because they were never previously recorded by the Ties, or because they were the songs we happened to have time to record.
All the skits were developed by the Ties and Ethan Meixsell (Ties '96). The title has quite a funny story behind it. You won't be hearing it
There are a few people that the Ties would like to thank for
their support or their entertainment. First off, our families, for letting us invade our houses for hours on weekend evenings when we know they would rather have been sleeping. Specifically, Mrs. Van Brink for always baking for us and Mrs. Michie for Edelweiss. Thank you to Bill Gates for X-Box. Thanks to Matt Van Brink (Ties '96) for his help in the production process.
