Murder One joined the click in 1987. He has been in many groups and is a vet in the rap game. Murder One was known as "Ronnie Luv" back in the days, and was in a group called the "I-3-DEF CREW" which consisted of Guess, Ronnie Luv, and D.J. Great. Murder One was known around Houston for competing in rap contests and talent shows all over town. He started his solo career, and began recording in 1993, and has also featured on many S.P.C. songs.
