Originally from Indiana, Collin's journey began in the blues clubs of Indianapolis and continued across America. He studied Jazz Guitar at the Cincinnati Conservatory and the University of the Arts in Philadelphia where he aquired a bachelor's degree in Jazz guitar performance. Then on to Los Angeles to learn the art of music composition. Working as a composition assistant, orchestrator, and copyist, he learned the trade and began to compose for commercials and film. With a move to Seattle, Collin now enjoys making records in a more indie-friendly environment. Collin Mulvany continues to compose and do session work for film and television. He has just released his second album produced in the Northwest.
