Saxophonist Mark Allen Felton (aka Panther) is back with a brand new CD/DVD. This highly anticipated sophomore project was recorded live and features some of the music industryâs top musicians and vocalists. Coming off the follow-up of his debut CD "Gospel Stroll" (nominated for two Stellar Awards in 2003) Felton takes gospel jazz to even greater heights.

His new CD/DVD which is so appropriately entitled "A Blessing" includes the hit singles "Praise Him" featuring the Jonathan Greer Singers, âA Blessingâ featuring Nysa Shenay, Tiffany âMakedaâ Laing, & Windy Barnes, along with the sizzling studio cut "Thank You".

As a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and producer, his work is at once accomplished and, yes, anointed. Deeply rooted, yet original Felton is an artist who attacks the boundaries of Gospel Jazz with his own timeless fusion, as undeniable as it is unconventional.

Since the release of Gospel Stroll, Mark Allen Felton has appeared at many hi-profile events. He has toured the country with Bishop Noel Jones and has shared the stage with other contemporary gospel artists such as Mary, Mary, Donnie McClurkin, Jeff Majors, Michelle Williams of Destinyâs Child, Karen Clarke-Sheard, Kim Burrell, Helen Baylor and gospel legends Shirley Caesar, Edwin Hawkins, and Bobby Jones.
