Details:
Mark Starling is a proud Bostonian, and an unsigned artist just fullfilling a dream he has had for a number of years.

Mark Starling grew up in Revere, Massachusetts. He graduated from Revere High School in 1988. Soon after he worked at the now long gone, PF O'Connor Lumber Company, in Revere, for 2 years before going back to school. He started at Salem State College in 1990, graduating in 1995, where he majored in advertising with a minor in music. His music minor was instrumental in pulling him out of academic probation.

He first started taking guitar lessons when he was 16, but learned a few years later, that he would never be an '80s guitar god. It took too much time and practice. It wasn't the committment he was looking for. He did, however, learn enough to create decent melodies and after a few really, really bad songs he came up with some pretty good ones.

He doesn't consider himself a good guitar player, he considers himself a singer that can play some guitar. You can be the judge on whether he's a good singer or not. So after years of playing his music in his bedroom for pretty much himself - he decided to fullfill a dream, and let others hear his lyrics and melodies.

So with the help, and I mean a lot of help, from Tony Schultz of Big T Productions (bigtproductions.com) he created his first CD proudly named SELLOUT.

You all Rock!
