It's all one guy who is a bit eccentric and with a singing style that is often jaw dropping in its span of octaves

Bellylaugh worked a regular job for years and harboured a wish to make music. No one knew. He only had a guitar and it never left the house.

One day he quit his job won a talent competition went to New York played CBGB's and then slid off to a nuclear bunker in Bulgaria to record Last Dead Afternoon.

It sounds like all kinds of Dylan or Kate Bush or Rufus Wainwright or Smiths.
