Music from My BRAIN to Yours: Quirky and melodic pop songs with an 80's retro feel-the start of a new genre of music to be known simply as "Cosmic".
12 MP3 Songs
POP: Quirky, POP: New Wave
Details:
Manzil has been gracing the ears of the world for ten years now. During his college years, he composed the concept recordings The Captain's Ship, When the Pond Dried Up, Between Heaven and Hell, and The World Is Strange. Manzil experimented by joining a few Bands (such as Spacebar), but nothing long term. He later teamed up with the infamous Earl P to make several recordings that have become cult favorites. At the start of the new millennium, Manzil wrote and recorded the instrumental CD, The Night Must Fall. It was well received by Manzil fans throughout the world. He later released Hidden Melody, a CD keeping in style with his quirkiness. Most recently, Manzil has completed Cosmic. Cosmic features a few re-tooled compositions and has vocal guests Ella and and Daniel DeLoach (known for making award winning short films-not the Austin keyboard player). The music of Manzil is keyboard driven and at times is reminiscent of new wave. Lyrics are quirky, sometimes sarcastic or dark. Cosmic is the sound of the new millennium. Follow the lead of our interplanetary friends and enjoy the music that is Manzil!
