If Mannheim Steamroller, Tangerine Dream, Andreas Vollenweider and George Winston were a movie, this would be it. The music of Glass Dawn is unlike anything you have ever heard.

This is visual music - the Star Trek of new songs that carry your mind into deep space. Glass Dawn was 2 years in the making. It uses percussion you have never heard, instruments that do not exist anywhere else, as well as natural effects and sounds you hear in a forest, at the beach, and from historic events. The music is never the same, and never boring. It will catch you off guard, and doesn't follow the same old worn-out patterns you hear all the time.

This is Electronic music but it is not audio wallpaper. There are constant changes, melodies and counter-melodies, percussion and rhythmic variations. The soundscapes are wide and take unexpected turns, and carry your imagination away. The music is very calming and yet exhilarating in its effects. Various combinations of rhythms and beat patterns are never boring, and they form the waves that carry you along as you see the fireworks of melodies that are ever changing and forming new colors in the sky of your imagination.

There is no way to really hear this music via sound samples - buy the album, and you will find this to be a refreshing change from the musical status quo.
