Mr. Caribbeanb was born November 16, with the name Jose Manuel Feliz in the city of New York and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. From a very early age to a young adult he always had a love for reggae, salsa, merengue, and soca music with inspiration from artist like Beanie Man, Shabba Ranks, El General, Vico C with that rhythm and some of this own flavor he created a merengue group called Kontrol in 1996 in the city of Miami Florida that lasted 2 years then the energetic young man moved to Salt Lake City, Utah with dreams of still becoming a reggae artist he started dee-jay for clubs, and 94.5 VFX radio station, with not a lot of supporters of reggae music in Utah he decided to move to California in 2001. He was in club 2000 flowing on the mic and a producer named Alex Solano introduced himself asking him whether he was a reggae artist. From that point on they became friends.
