CROWN SOCIETY is proud to debut it's first release - Desean Frank's "The Rebirth of the Cool". Desean's charismatic rapping style, paired with his rich textured vocal performance, creates a seamless juxtaposition of tone and character that keeps the listener enticed from start to finish. This 15-track album captures a sound that could only be made by San Antonio super producers Ricardo A. Martinez II and Ernest "TopPhlight" Treviño. The title, "The Rebirth of the Cool", was inspired by Mr. Martinez's admiration of legendary Jazz trumpeter and composer Miles Davis. During the creation of the track "Jazzy", in which Mr. Martinez infused two of Mr. Davis's album titles into the hook, the sonic theme of the album was born - infusing both jazz tonalities and arrangement with the popular music forms Soul, R&B, Funk, and Hip-Hop. Featured artists include Crown Society's very own TopPhlight and Gibsz Bizze.
