Monleyâs first solo album (Denver) was named Best Musical Recommendation of the Mile High City by Westword's Best of Denver. Andy Monley has been playing music in Denver since the age of 14 making him a staple in the Colorado music scene.
Monley was instrumental in the creation of the Denver-gothic-country-rock sound as the frontman for JUX COUNTY and ACID RANCH. Monley also has experience composing for the big screen with THE VELVETEEN MONSTER.

After playing guitar with THE CZARS for over a decade Monley is now concentrating on TRIPLIGHT. Monley wrote all of the music and lyrics for TRIPLIGHT. His poignant and sometimes cinematic music conjures images of eastern Colorado through his desolate songwriting and driving beats as only a Colorado native could produce.

When he is not playing with TRIPLIGHT he can be found in the studio working on an album with his sister, JULIE MONLEY, which is a combination of jazz standards and Andy Monley originals.
