The Debut Cd of Michelle Burnside is sincere, yet innocent at the same time.
The genre of the music goes from Blues to Jazz, to Dixieland, to traditional Gospel.
This is a must have cd as the musicianship is hard to compare. The vocals are smooth and relaxing.
Michelle Burnside is the bass player in two bands: The Praise and Worship team at her local church, and a band put together by husband Rick Burnside called N.P.A.
She has also played bass guitar on other people's cd's. She was rhythm guitarist for a couple of Praise and Worship teams as well.
Rick Burnside produced the CD and did all the recording and mixing.
The master musician that he is, Rick Burnside played all of the instrumentation in the cd except for the guitar, bass, and flute.
The horn solos are phenomenal!
All the back-up vocals were done by Rick
Special thanks to Liz Westhafer for her part in putting the flute intro to Show me the Way.

Michelle Burnside has been teaching music full time for the last 9 1/2 years, and has 32 students a week.
