All my life I always had a deep love of music . Since I was a child I enjoyed expressing myself through song. But it wasnt until I came to know the Saviour Jesus Christ by inviting Him into my life as a young troubled teenager that I really blossomed as a singer and songwriter. Coming from a difficult family life many songs became a comfort to me and I realized the power of music to minister to people at the level of their need. My new found faith greatly inspired me and provided the encouragement I needed to sing for family and friends , in high school and college , and as well in church and other outreach efforts.
The demands of young married life and the departure from my native southern New Jersey home soon replaced the familiar with new surroundings . Unexpected health problems discouraged my going any further with singing in public but I began writing songs to encourage myself and others experiencing the same disappointment.
Now many years later and free from the past health problems which I attribute to answered prayer this CD was made with the joy of wanting to express gratitude to God and a desire to see others receive what they need in these troubled times. This CD can best be described as soft and easy listening music with a message.
