During my life I have had the pleasure and opportunity to perform some
incredible music. I am particularly moved by the love songs that were created during the 1960âs and 70âs. It was during this period that music was
encouraging, positive, wholesome, beautiful and uplifting. It had a special way of filling oneâs life with thoughts of endless possibilities. Things were much simpler then. The world was filled with more love. No road rage.
No drive by shootings. No turf claiming. No player hating. No weapons of mass destruction. To love and to be loved was all there was.
Mickeyâs Mood is a compilation of classic standard jazz love songs that have
endured the test of time. They remain just as vibrant as the day they were
originally released. All of the songs featured on this CD have one thing in common; beautiful lyrics of love.
Working on this project was a wonderful experience and I enjoyed every breath taking moment. I sincerely hope that my music takes you to a good place and time in your life. So take your shoes off, kick back and relax.
