Dannell McNeil ( Now Sr.) was the former band leader of his California based band titled : " The Risky Lovers " , from the late 1980's to the early 90's . He and the group were based in the Santa Barbara County regions of California, including Lompoc , Santa Maria, plus Central and Southern Cali regions. Dannell and group opened for & with many up and coming acts both famous and some not. The most famous and favorite entertainer that Dannell (with group ) likes to mention to his friends and fans both about, is this new unknown and up and coming comedian / entertainer now a HUGE STAR!!!! Named : JAMIE FOXX ! Also, when he had time away from the band he was a movie actor/extra in films such as : Lady Bugs with the late actor / comedian : RODNEY DANGERFIELD ( after the editors cuts, he can be seen in two diffferent scenes wearing a blue suit with briefcase, and a grey suit showing a building plan in a glass case. So, look quick! ). Next, the foreign martial arts film titled: TIGER STREET with the star actor : JULIAN LEE , Dannell also, was an extra in this film. Also, he has to his credit , appeared on various T.V. shows with the DCTV show called : STYLE by Dalton Productions with interviews, personal appearances and the airing and introduction of his first and original music video filmed back in 1994 ( Copyrighted and Trademarked ) titled: The RISKY LOVER , which aired in rotation of air play for over two years with his original Risky Lover music. During the early 90's Dannell left his group to leave the fast life of Cali, to return to his place of birth, inwhich is : Denver, Co. To become a single parent ( Stay tuned for his new release coming soon to Digital downloading & CD titled : SINGLE DADDY !!! ) and to be a solo artist and independent producer. While in Colorado, Dannell met , Mr. Terrence Hillman a.k.a. D/P Lovv a music producer also, that became friends with him and helped him to recreate the original song and remix & remaster the song as an co-producer to Dannell's production of this song and many others that you the fan will enjoy listening to..... on this first ever RE-RELEASE of the MAXI single for DIGITAL DOWNLOADING and soon to come first time ever release on CD!!!
