âYou Were Meant For Meâ is the latest solo release from John Yeara - former singer, guitarist, and co-founder of the Beatles Tribute Band Revolver. Written by Carl Conge and Lou Gramm bandmate Don Mancuso (Black Sheep, D: Drive), this song tells a story that just about everyone who has heard it can relate to. With touching lyrics, soaring harmonies by James "Jimmy" Richmond (The Echomen, Mother Freedom, Prime Time Funk), and outstanding guitar work by Mancuso, this song has a sensitive country feel to it that is reminiscent of the type of music performed by artists such as the Eagles; Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young; and the Beach Boys.
