Biography of Young J

Most Anticipated. The album speaks for itself. As Young Juksâ fan base spreads, fans, who have listened to Young Juksâ original westcoast flow from the beginning on his first solo album Sacramental, which was released out of the trunk the year of 2004, anxiously await the release if his second solo album Most Anticipated. Young Juk, better known as Young J, grew up in the streets of South Sacramento with a voice to speak out for people in the struggle. Through everything going on in Juksâ neighborhood, it was hard to get on the right balance of life. An opportunity came along in 2000 for Young Juk. Now a decision had to be made. Invest in an opportunity to make it in life, or become another statistic not to be remembered.

In a studio session for the rap group Elit Mob, Juk got a break to work with producer 50 G of Hit a Day Records featured with an eight bar verse in the groups single âBoss Upâ. Juk had no idea that an eight bar verse would be his breakthrough in the music industry. In the middle of recording what was supposed to be his first solo album, Young Juk was sent to jail on bogus charges, putting hold on his Money Factor project. With nothing but time on his hands, Juk stays well prepared for whatâs to come. In 2002, Juk met up with Bambino and the Clipper for a party at Sluggerville productions. After a rap battle between Young Juk and one of their best artists at the time, Bambino and the Clipper wanted to collaborate with Young Juk.

After a few singles, a compilation, and a lot of hard work, Juksâ first solo album, also to be Sluggervilles first established album, Sacramental, was released. In 2004, Juk took the project outside the boundaries of California, selling over 500 copies state to state. Ending up in Colorado, he looked for an established label to record his next album. He got together with Paco Audio for a collaboration that will go down in history.

Filled with hard hitting westcoast beats, original westcoast flows and the production of Steve Marta of Paco Audio, this album is one you need to get, if you donât already have it.
