In 1969, Manny Nevarez emigrated to the United States bringing with him a dream that took nearly thirty-six years to become a reality. He says, âI always wanted to share my life philosophy and to inspire others.â In his song Trust Your Dreams, he suggests that searching, hoping, and doing will bring anyone to the fulfillment of their most wanted dreams. This basic truth is what brought him to meet Yorch Villalobos.

Yorch Villalobos, a teacher, producer, and pianist, is recognized for his creative, sensitive, and fresh work. As a producer, he has worked on a variety of genres including mariachi, jazz, pop, boleros, and bossanova as well as sound for commercials and scores for film. Recently, he produced the album for Timoteo, âEl Charro Negroâ who is quickly rising to fame. He has worked with celebrities like Manuela Torres, Marisela, Gualberto Castro and Marco Antonio Regil. He has also arranged projects for the artist, Antonio De Carlo and the acclaimed singer and composer, Clayton.

In 2006, Yorch and Manny finished the album Tu Amistad. Manny describes the process as âa learning experience--one coupled with friendship, joking around, and good times, but also long nights of recording and editing, and occasional difficulties. It was a great time! And Iâll really miss the late meals and midnight snacks.â
