The evolution of Olden Younger has taken many decades to come around. I have always been a very private person, never seeking the spotlight. Yet, I have always wanted to write music that people would enjoy. That changing moment happened when I met the woman of my dreams. She gave me the incentive and the inspiration to go ahead with my dream. Melodies came to me out of seemingly nowhere. Lyrics flowed like a raging river. Love is a formidable ally to music, and in me the combination was overwhelming.
Yes, this album has several love songs for my muse, but others show the pain and heartache that is also a part of everyday life.
Combining rock, country, blues and a little grunge, this album will take you on a journey that you wonât forget and youâll want to return to often.
