One Short Fall's debut EP titled "...and so it begins" which is released on their own label, FTA Records, was produced and recorded by the members of the band. The EP consists of five loud, fast and catchy punk rock & roll songs.

In a time when everyone is in a band and everyone with a guitar is a songwriter, one band rises above the rest with their ability to give the listeners exactly what they want to hear. In the summer of 2003, Dan Gottlieb (Guitar/Vocals) and Evan Shepard (Drums) began their musical collaboration. They immediately began defining their sound and creating their unique style. This style was portrayed in their song writing, which was heavily influenced by rock and punk. Dan and Evan also began looking for additional musicians willing to join them. In November 2003, Matt Logie (Bass/Vocals) joined Dan and Evan as the final piece of the ONE SHORT FALL puzzle. While Matt's personality and style fit in exactly with that of Dan and Evan, he also brought another perspective to the songwriting that greatly benefited the band.

There are always those few bands that give a slowing genre a new twist and sound. ONE SHORT FALL has taken the sound to a new level. Flowing guitar melodies, frantic and solid bass work, skillful drumming and a unique vocal style make ONE SHORT FALL a seemingly unstoppable musical force.
