Based in the desert of El Paso, TX, the home of Fort Bliss (one of the largest military bases in the country) and directed by JamDoc (Dr. Keith Johnson) a young orthopaedic surgeon and minister of music, Operation Destiny consists of praise & worship leaders who serve under the awesome ministry of Bishop Richard Johnson at Destiny Family Christian Center.
