Throttle Body m/c is back with the follow up to 2005's "Air Canada" with their new release, "A Typical Wednesday". Recorded from December 11, 2008 through September 29, 2009, the session includes 13 new tracks. The songs were all written, produced, engineered and mixed by Jerry Hammack at the club's south Seattle studios and include contributions by guitarists Aaron Taylor and Rod Moody, drummer and horn player Dan Ruiter, and Jeff Hammack on harmonica.

The tracks feature a broad range of pop and rock styles, much in keeping with their last release. In contrast to the modern ethic of a single "sound", the band takes its influences from 1970's rock and pop, where every song is a piece all of its own, making for some surprising twists and turns.

Three of the tracks ("Long Time", "Butterfly", and "Woe Is Me") were initially slated for Jerry's other work with Rod Moody - Dry Bones. But as the release of "A Typical Wednesday" neared, it became clear that the character of the songs made more sense with Throttle Body m/c.
