Karl Heinz Heydecke, a composer, songwriter, guitarplayer, pianoplayer, violonist, has a wide range of musical experience from the traditional Folkmusic to Rockjazz up to free improvising music. The idea, to melodize poems of ancient british poets, came into the composer's mind, when he was still a very young pupil. Still attending school he started writing down the tunes and could finish this work shortly before he left school. About 30 years later after a wrestless life, he finally decided to record this material, because he never could get these tunes out of his mind and more and more he felt the urge, to let other people take part at this remarkable idea.
