'If I Had You' is the new self-penned single from singer/ songwriter Jacqui Sharkey, following the release of her highly acclaimed debut album, 'A New Dawn' in April, 2011. Jacqui is from Donegal in Ireland and has been described as a blend of Ann Murray, Cathy Mattea, Karen Carpenter, Joan Bayez and Mary Chapin Carpenter. Her recorded music to date crosses various musical styles, including New Country, Americana/ Folk and easy listening pop, although Jacqui has also performed Jazz, Rock and Pop and Celtic Folk music, as well as many leading roles in musical theatre.
