This album is dedicated to Leonard Peltier. Please check him out at his web site: www.leonardpeltier.net

Please pray for his immediate release from prison. 31 years is WAY too long to be in prison for something he didn't even do!

Most of us have lots of these--Long Lost Loves. I picked up this title from the "I Found You" song..."if you're lookin' for a long, lost love; baby, you've found me; well, honey, I've found you!"
Leonard is one of our long 'lost' loves; to know him is to love him. WE WANT HIM "FOUND" not lost, and back with his family and friends again. PLEASE go to his web site and see what YOU can do to help this precious man.
Long, lost loves are important people in our lives..Letâs cherish them all.

Orlando Rock Band welcomes Peter Lund on violin into our band for this Album. Cole Sauer is on guitar, Tim "Bongo" Heuser on drums, Mike "Red Dog" Canerossi on bass, Larry Souci sings back-up and recorded us live in Red Dog's nice living room. Larry added his back-up vocals later. I'm on keys and lead vocals.

This Album reminds our fans of The Doors and The Velvet Underground; itâs a cult sound, and we like it!

I wrote "I Found You" in 15 minutes during a lightning storm. I was talking to this songwriter guy on the phone and he said something cute, and I said 'oh, you must be my long lost love,' then I had to get right off the phone because of the lightning, and this song came to me. I called him back after the storm had passed and said 'thanks for the song!'
"Don't take a Life: Look to the Spirit" came to me
from the Good Lord as I was walking my dog, Ted, down the
'dog path' as I termed it.. a lovely unpaved little trail
between properties, down the street from my upstairs apart-
ment in Merrick Park/ Orlando, Florida. I received the
melody and the words as a sort of chant; and I conceived it
as a slow reggae tune, having just spent the last 2 and a hlaf years of my life being in a Rastafarian roots reggae
band called One-Us. That was a 'trip' I tell you. If you
