Lunarchy produced by Judy Grahn and composer/songwriter Anne Carol is a full listening experience spanning four decades of poetic work from Grahnâs long and continuing career as a poet, author, and activist.

Lunarchy is part poetry, part song, part experiment of sound and the word. It is a rich collaboration between poet and composer. Anne Carol adds a songwriterâs sensibilities in acoustic renditions of Grahnâs poetry. As a rock-inspired guitarist Anne Carol pushes the edges with PJ Harvey influenced compositions as well. The music includes experiments using drum machine, synthesizer, and distorted guitars to surround the powerful emotional landscape of the poetâs words, which Grahn impeccably delivers. Lunarchy features a skilled and creative team of musicians and producers who have captured the collaborative spirit of the project.
