Last Year's Dream is an alternative rock/pop band from Chicago, Illinois. Consisting of Donnie Hall on vocals, Kevin Martinez on guitar, and Karl Jeschke on bass. Last Year's Dream released their debut single "Tell Me" in March of 2011, and their follow-up single "Memories Fade" in the summer of 2011.

The origins of Last Year's Dream can be traced back to a real estate office in Champaign, IL in the summer of 2006. All three members worked their varying capacity; Kevin as a sales associate, Karl as an accountant, and Donnie as a web developer. It didn't take long for the three to realize they all shared a passion for music. Before they could come together to collaborate as musicians life took them each in a different direction. Donnie left to pursue career opportunities elsewhere, Kevin enrolled in college, and Karl enlisted in the Army. Now, 5 years later, the trio has reunited in the city of Chicago and has produced their first single, "Tell Me." In the summer of 2011, Last Year's Dream collaborated with multi-grammy winning mastering engineer George Marino (O.A.R., Saliva, Fall Out Boy) for the mastering work on their latest single "Memories Fade."
