Details:
On the outskirts of the Seven Hills of Worcester Ma. a bunch of teenagers growing up together were drawn to the energy and emotional effects of music. At that time, Osb kept themselves together weekly while attending colleges in different states by traveling hours to rehearse and perform local gigs. Osb continues that same aggressive force and outrageous desire today, blowing the roofs off venues throughout the New England states.

Their high energy live performance makes every show feel like being on Spring break. Much like the Dave Matthews Band, Osb captures a diverse listening audience crossing over various genre's and demographics in the process. Some in the industry find similarities to Pat McGee, Maroon 5, as well as Ben Folds Five. Their upbeat sound and the amazingly raw vocals of Brendan Mahoney resemble that of Gavin DeGraw. The warm melodies of Kevin Hennessey's keyboard are reminicent to that of Bruce Hornsby and Alex Attella's guitar licks are both technically and melodically successful at blending aspects of fusion blues and classic rock. Bringing it all together are the smooth grooves of Aaron Tringuk on the drums and Jeff Burtch's steady pocket bass lines. Although still young in their early twenty's, the Pop/Rock band has a maturity and stage presence of seasoned professionals.

The driving force to their success, is the unselfish commitment as a group, as seen with the unleashing of their first release "The Grey Area". The album's stunning centerpiece is the epic "Mirik" with creative hooks that get imbedded in your memory forever.

In 2004, Osb continued to sell out venues inside and out of Worcester County, headlining at venues such as Tammany hall, Lucky Dog music hall, Harper's Ferry, Skybar in Boston, Milly's Tavern, The Brickhouse, in New Hampshire and Kenny's Castaways in NYC. They also captivated the crowds at the Budweiser True Music battle of the bands event, walking away with the honor as 2004 Massachusetts Champions.

They have had the pleasure and learning experience of sharing the stage with Ingram Hill, Guster, Entrain, Micheal Tolcher, The Pushstars, and many others. They have enjoyed the impressive music reviews by Worcester Magazine, Worcester Telegram and Gazette and Pulse magazine. Their ability to surprise every skeptical critic with their unique blend of pop, roots and soul has been a significant testament for their success and they show no signs of leveling off as their new songs prove to show a more musically and lyrically mature band.
