Just when you thought that you have heard everything there is to hear in the Reggaeton genre, appears a new group OTN (Otra Nota.) âOtra Notaâ meaning, another note, another sound, another style, signifies that their music is different from what has been heard and played until now in Reggaeton. Just like their name says, they shed to the musical industry a dose of new sound, style, and image. OTN began in the year 2005 in the city of Lawrence, Massachusetts. The members of the group are Louis Aquino; also know as, Louiso and Juan Salazar; also known as, Playtime. Louiso and Playtime unite their talents of song writing, singing and rapping to form the group. Later, they joined with Silva Productions Inc. and recorded their debut album âDirecto A La Cima.â (Straight To The Top)

Louiso was born in New York and lived a part of his life in the Dominican Republic. He later moved back to the United States. Louis is a singer, song writer, which focuses on positive romantic and strong clean lyrics. He dominates different styles of Spanish Rap as well as Salsa dancing. Louiso was influenced since his childhood by the salsa and Spanish hip hop genres. Some of the artists of these genres are Eddie Santiago, Franky Ruiz, Paquito Guzmán, Vico C, El General, and Rubén Dj.

Playtime was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and now resides in the United Status. Playtime is a rapper that dominates different styles of rap. His lyrics are moving, romantic, and humorous. He plays with different styles just like his name says. (Playtime) Ever since his childhood he wanted to rap and was influenced by other music genres such as salsa and merengue. Playtime dominates improvisational rap as well as Latin dancing.
